I deal with all types of non-violent disputes, such as:

  • Relationships between business partners, clients or suppliers
  • Arguments between neighbours, trustees, friends
  • Community disputes
  • Contract and service problems
  • Problems in the workplace and employment disputes
  • Relationship issues
  • Difficulties with authorities
  • and many more....

Most disputes are able to be mediated.

As mediator, one of my first tasks is to help you decide whether mediation is the best option for your dispute.

I am also able to help with training in negotiation, mediation advocacy, conflict resolution and facilitation in large or small groups.

When should you seek mediation?

If you haven't been able to sort out the problem by speaking to the other person and you would like to attempt an out-of-court and peaceful solution to the dispute

then please email me on pele@peoplemediation.co.nz
or phone me on 04 972 8986
.

I also conduct investigations in the workplace around disputes, team or individual conflict, incidents that require verification before being taken further and complaints against fellow employees. Sexual harasssment, bullying, victimisation, poor work relationships can all be be investigated to determine the facts and effects on the individuals and workplace.

Please contact me to discuss the process and type of work done in this field.
